TEAM LEADER / EXTREME OPERATOR
When deploying as a small, expert team of highly skilled, knowledgable and experienced operators, team command and leadership is imperative. As well as getting the most from your team, keeping everyone safe and managing hazrds, the team leader course gives your chain of command the necessary tools to managed everything and anything required.
This course is also suited to those deploying/responding solo as lead for risk in a team, such as, medical/security lead for small camera team, mountain/expedition leaders and more.
2 days of Medical Training at the level you require for your specific tasks, from level 3 outdoor/adventure first aid, all the way to PHTLS.
2 days RVICM (Remote Vehcile Inncident Management) or medical team management.

In remote areas with limited resources or extended and prolonged rescue/medical timelines. This course teaches how to manage and safely deal with all incidents including those involving vehicles. As well as this it can also teach management of a team with minimal equipment in order to quickly, safely, and effectively extricate and treat casualties. With additional elements of planning and security, this course covers all bases in both practical and theory elements to best prepare for related incidents that you may encounter.
1 Day NAEMT AHDR (All Hazards Distaers Response)

The All Hazards Disaster Response (AHDR) course teaches students how to respond to the many types of disaster scenarios they may encounter, including natural disasters and infrastructure failings, fires and radiological events, pandemics, active shooter incidents, and other mass casualty events. AHDR educates participants on how to analyze potential threats in their area, assess available resources, and create a response plan that will save lives.
Features of a medical response plan covered in the course include:
- Communicating effectively during disasters.
- Mutual aid and interoperability.
- Managing resources such as supplies, medications and equipment.
- Triage and transportation strategies and challenges.
- Patient tracking and evacuation.
