Enhanced Industry Command, Trauma & Medical Emergency Response (EICTMER) is the most comprehensive programme within the EIERRC framework EIERRC Framework-2. It combines advanced medical response training with structured incident command and leadership development.

Delivered collaboratively with Radius and Intervention Rescue, this programme integrates:

• Advanced trauma management

• Prolonged casualty care

• Multi-casualty incident handling

• Incident command and leadership

• Rescue integration and coordination

• Resource and risk management from initial response to recovery

Delegates develop the ability to manage complex site incidents from first response through to statutory handover and operational recovery. The programme supports the full EIERRC incident lifecycle, from Resilience & Preparedness, through Immediate Response, to Command & Coordination and Recovery.
